The meat has been turning since he left. The family back home is relying on you to keep the thing afloat. You are behind the counter now, with a tired grill, a shop that already looks abandoned, and a queue that does not care about any of that.
Make the kebabs. Buy what you need. Upgrade the place when you can. Serve whoever walks in. Don't mess up their order or they might not be too happy.
